We are excited to announce our next show “DARE TO DANCE 5: LOVE UPRISING,” coming to Broadway Performance Hall on Fri May 1 & Sat May 2! In addition to a continued focus on creativity and diversity, we will be experimenting with a few DARING ideas. Stay tuned for future announcements regarding our new initiatives and discounted early-bird tickets.

Have a brilliant idea for the D2D5 finale?
Can you think of a perfect song, medley, or mash-up to end the show for “Dare to Dance 5: Love Uprising”? Do you have a vision for the performance, including ideas for set and costumes? Email us by Feb 1 with your idea! If a substantial part of your submission is used, we will invite you and a guest to see the show for free. (Two tickets will go to one winner, as judged by the Dare to Dance Board.)
We Are Official
Dare to Dance has been officially incorporated as a Washington State Non-profit! The Board of Directors consists of Zheng Wang (Artistic Director), Sandi Olson (Administrative Director), Sarah Gordon, Crystal Krippaehne, Emily Lubinski, and Colby Solum. Until now, we have operated as an informal group. Establishing the non-profit is a critical step toward sustained growth of the Dare to Dance movement. We still have a great need for volunteers, especially in the areas of fundraising, publicity, website, and social media. If you or a friend would like to volunteer, or if you have leads for potential sponsors, we would love to hear from you.
